These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Printables mobile and web application (the "App") operated by Printables ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content remain the exclusive property of Printables or its licensors.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at hello@personalized.app if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to disable any account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The wellness plans, fitness routines, nutritional guidance, and mindfulness content provided through the App are for informational and general wellbeing purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or nutrition programme.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Printables and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply after termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Where required by law or where changes are material, we will provide notice via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
